Warehousing Services
Printco has three different and unique storage programs which can help meet the
long and short term storage needs for you and your customer. Each program is
meant to meet a specific need and each program has certain requirements. If you

Forms Storage
Program
“Forms Storage” is a program which allows you
to order a particular form, envelope, or printed item for a specific user and
ship out, in releases, over a period of time to one location. You must order at
least 10M and have releases at a minimum of 2,500. You will be charged for all
the forms, freight charges and release charges when the production order is
completed. We must know the number of releases you will require and all releases
must be completed within 12 months. The advantage to forms storage is that you
will receive the lower price for ordering a larger quantity of forms without
needing extra space to store the products. You will protect yourself from
freight increases because the freight charges are figured up front and not when
actually shipped. We will provide you with an easy to read report so that you
will always know how many forms are in storage and we can set reorder points so
that we will remind you when it is time to reorder more forms so your customer
does not run out.

Requirements:

Billing Procedures:
When a production order is completed, you will be billed for ALL forms
produced, freight charges for all releases and all release fees.
Item Control Program
The “Item Control” warehousing service is geared towards items which
are ordered in larger quantities (25,000 or more). It is also used where
shipments can be made to a number of locations. A good example of an Item
Control application is when you have a customer who uses the same forms in
different branch locations or where one style of form is sold to many
different customers in different locations. At the time we enter an Item
Control order we must know the total quantity of items, the approximate length
of time it will take to ship the entire order and the number of items per
carton. You will be charged for all the forms produced when the production
order is completed and billed for the freight charge and release charge at the
time of each release.

Billing Procedures:
When a production order is completed, you will be billed for ALL forms
produced. Separate billings are prepared for freight charges and release fees
at the time of each individual release made.
“BASS” (Bill as Shipped
System) Program
The “BASS” program is similar to the Item Control program, except you
are not billed for the forms until they are shipped. All other advantages and
requirements are the same as the Item Control program. The disadvantage of the
BASS program is that you will pay a higher price for the forms because of a
built-in carrying charge.

Billing Procedures:
When a production order is completed, no billing will occur until shipments
are made. At the time of each shipment you will be billed for items, freight
charges and releases.
Release fees for all Warehousing
services are $9.50 per shipment. (Additional warehousing fees may be added if
complete order is not shipped within the specified period of time). |
